Welcome to Salfa (the “Platform” or “Salfa”). The Platform is provided and controlled by Hong Kong Hangna Network Technology Co., Limited (“we” or “us”). This Terms is the legitimate agreement by and between You and Salfa. To the extent any translated version of Terms agreement conflicts against the English version, this English version prevails.

The Terms was written in English (US). To the extent any translated version of this Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

The Summary

You should read these terms and conditions in full because they apply every time you visit Salfa, and is our terms of service that governs our relationship with users and others who interact with Salfa, as well as Salfa brands, products and services, which we call the “Salfa Services” or “Services”. By using or accessing the Salfa Services, you agree to this Terms. However, just in case you ever need a reminder of the main points, here’s a quick basic Terms:

• You will not use Salfa Services if you are under 18.
• We’re not responsible for anything that you post or say while you are on Salfa and we don’t monitor the content of the app, but if we do see or someone alerts us that you have posted something that we think is inappropriate then we are allowed at our discretion to remove it.
• If you are concerned about how your data is being used by Salfa then please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use Salfa. By using Salfa, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You will not use Salfa to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

Salfa is a free social app that provides Social networks, Chat, Live broadcasts, so you agree that you will only use Salfa in a manner consistent with its purpose and which is in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Terms apply whenever you use Salfa, whether or not you have chosen to register with us, so please read them carefully. By accessing, using, registering for or receiving services offered on Salfa (the “Services”) you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by the Terms.

1. Special Notices

1.1 This Salfa Terms of Service (this “Terms”) governs your usage of our services, (hereinafter, “Services”) including Salfa App, a Audio streaming application and social network developed by us. For the purposes of this Terms, you and Salfa will be jointly referred to as the “Parties” and respectively as a “Party”.

1.2 By using our Services, or by clicking on “Sign Up” during the registration process, you agree to all this Terms. We, at our sole discretion, may revise this Terms from time to time, and the current version will be found at the following link: About us >> Terms of Service. By continuing to avail our Services, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

1.3 You may only use our Service if you are 18 years or older, and if you are not subject to statutory age limit to enter into this Terms according to the applicable laws and regulations in your country. If you are below the aforementioned minimum age, you may only use Salfa if your guardian has provided us with valid consent for you to use Salfa. You may not falsely claim you have reached the minimum age.

1.4 You shall be solely responsible for the safekeeping of your Salfa account and password. All behaviors and activities conducted through your Salfa account will be deemed as your behaviors and activities for which you shall be solely responsible.

2. Services Content

2.1 We reserve the right to change the content of our Services from time to time, at our discretion, with or without notice.

2.2 Some of the Services provided by Salfa require payment. For paid-for Services, Salfa will give you explicit notice in advance and you may only access such Services if you agree to and pay the relevant charges. If you choose to decline to pay the relevant charges, Salfa shall not be bound to provide such paid-for Services to you.

2.3 Salfa needs to perform scheduled or unscheduled repairs and maintenance. If such situations cause an interruption of paid-for Services for a reasonable duration, Salfa shall not bear any liability to you and/or to any third parties. However, Salfa shall provide notice to you as soon as possible.

2.4 Salfa has the right to suspend, terminate or restrict provision of the Services under this Terms at any time and is not obligated to bear any liability to you or any third party, if any of the following events occur:

• You are under the minimum age in order to receive Salfa services;
• You violate the Terms of Use stipulated in this Terms, including but not limited to:
  • Harassing or bullying other users.
  • Posting sexual content.
  • Posting religious or political content.
  • Using abusive inappropriate language.
• You fail to make a payment for using paid-for Services.

2.5 EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS TERMS, Salfa MAKES NO WARRANTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS TERMS AND Salfa HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR PERFORMANCE, REGARDING SUCH SUBJECT MATTER.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use Salfa to share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information.

4. Content

4.1 Salfa Content

4.1.1 Salfa does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, img, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, “Content”) that you post on or through the Salfa Services. By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any Content on or through the Salfa Services, you hereby grant to Salfa a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except Content not shared publicly (“private”) will not be distributed outside the Salfa Services.

4.1.2 You represent and warrant that: (1) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Salfa Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (2) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Salfa Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and (3) the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post on or through the Salfa Services.

4.1.3 The Salfa Services contain Content owned or licensed by Salfa (“Salfa Content”). Salfa Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Salfa, Salfa owns and retains all rights in the Salfa Content and the Salfa Services. Salfa hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce and display the Salfa Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Site and using the Salfa Services.

4.1.4 The Salfa Services contain Content of Users and other Salfa licensors. Except as provided within this Terms, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Salfa Services.

4.1.5 Salfa performs technical functions necessary to offer the Salfa Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Salfa Services.

4.1.6 Although the Site and other Salfa Services are normally available, there will be occasions when the Site or other Salfa Services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of Salfa. Also, although Salfa will normally only delete Content that violates this Terms, Salfa reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by Salfa in order to comply with certain legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Consequently, Salfa encourages you to maintain your own backup of your Content. In other words, Salfa is not a backup service. Salfa will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Salfa Services, or the loss of any Content.

4.2 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree that you will not post, upload, display, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the Services any Content that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or promotes sexual exploitation;
• exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way;
• promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, extremism, or illegal acts;
• infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
• constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation.

You also agree not to use the Services to harass, abuse, intimidate, threaten, defame, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, or to collect or store personal data about other users without authorization.

5. Proprietary Rights

Salfa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. You may not upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Salfa brand are the sole property of Hong Kong Hangna Network Technology Co., Limited or its licensors. This Terms does not grant you any rights to use any Salfa brand features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use Salfa only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Terms. You shall not:

• use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services;
• use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory purpose;
• violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated this Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through the account deletion feature within the app if available, or by contacting us at contact@salfa.live.

8. Safety and Community Standards

Salfa is committed to providing a safe and respectful community environment. We may review, monitor, remove, or restrict Content or accounts that we believe violate this Terms, applicable laws, or our community standards.

We may use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and manual review to detect and address harmful behavior, including harassment, abuse, spam, fraud, sexual content, exploitation, and illegal activity.

9. Child Safety Policy

Salfa is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, child endangerment, or any content, behavior, or activity that harms or may harm minors.

Salfa is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the Services. We may remove accounts, restrict access, or take other appropriate action if we believe that a user does not meet the minimum age requirement or has provided false age information.

Users must not post, upload, transmit, share, request, solicit, store, or otherwise make available any content that depicts, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or normalizes child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, child grooming, child nudity, child endangerment, or any sexualized content involving minors.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
• Sexualizing minors in any way, including through text, images, audio, video, role-play, fantasy, or conversation;
• Grooming, coercing, extorting, threatening, or manipulating minors;
• Attempting to contact minors for sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful purposes;
• Encouraging or facilitating child exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or endangerment;
• Posting or sharing content that identifies or targets minors in a harmful or exploitative manner.

Salfa may take immediate action against any content or account that violates this Child Safety Policy, including removing content, disabling accounts, restricting access to features, preserving relevant information where legally required or permitted, and reporting suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation to appropriate law enforcement authorities, child protection organizations, or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Salfa educates users on child safety through:

1. Displaying the Child Safety Policy on the platform.
2. Providing prompts and reminders regarding prohibited content and behavior.
3. Offering reporting channels for users to report child safety concerns, suspicious behavior, or illegal content.
4. Reviewing user reports and taking appropriate enforcement actions.

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse, child exploitation, grooming, or any other child safety concern, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools or contact us at contact@salfa.live.

10. Reporting Violations

If you believe that any Content or user activity on Salfa violates this Terms, infringes your rights, or involves illegal, abusive, or unsafe behavior, please report it through the in-app reporting feature or contact us at contact@salfa.live.

We may investigate reports and take action at our discretion, including removing content, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, limiting access to features, or reporting matters to law enforcement where appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, services, or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Salfa is not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, products, services, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salfa disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Salfa does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salfa, Hong Kong Hangna Network Technology Co., Limited, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salfa, Hong Kong Hangna Network Technology Co., Limited, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your Content, your violation of this Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

15. Changes to This Terms

We may revise this Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be made available through the app or our website. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by appropriate means, such as through the Services, email, or other communication channels.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

This Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Services.
